Paulos Muruts is a Senior Associate at Awani Capital, where he supports the Firm’s investment activities across deal sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company analysis, with a focus on business and industrial services.
Prior to joining Awani, Paulos was a Senior Associate at RLJ Equity Partners, concentrating on middle-market business services investments. He contributed to diligence, financial modeling, transaction structuring, and portfolio company review alongside management teams and third-party advisors.
Previously, Paulos worked in M&A and Strategy at Acquco, a technology-enabled acquirer of e-commerce brands, where he supported five acquisitions within the Amazon marketplace ecosystem and assisted with equity and debt capital raises.
Earlier, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare group at UBS Investment Bank.
Paulos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University, with minors in Economics and Spanish.
